Rock Island Armory sources its Traditional Single Shot shotguns from Derya in Turkey. You can get them in 20-gauge or in 410-gauge. Either way they’re beautiful. The break open hinged receiver looks nice with its matte silver anodized finish that stands out wonderfully and elegantly against the polymer simulated walnut stock.

Both models feature a vented rip along the top. And there is a bead sight crowning that! The contoured 20” barrel is chromed inside and leads to a 3” chamber. These guns come standard with two buttpads with different thicknesses to give different length of pulls. That’s a nice thoughtful touch.

The lineup has swivel studs in front and back and a nicely curved pistol grip. A Schnabel knob fronts the forearm of the 20-gauge providing some reinforcement while the 410 has a more traditional inverted trapezoid forend. Regardless of gauge, both models feature texturing on the forend and pistol grip.

Empty weights are 5.18 pounds while loaded weight is 5.29 pounds. These guns are 4.72” tall, 1.57” wide and span 36.61” overall.
