Contact each other. We have already sent the buyer and the seller an email message containing the other party's contact information. Our User Agreement requires that you contact each other within five (5) calendar days to make payment and shipping arrangements.
Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item received by the buyer) you can leave feedback on the other party.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

THIS RIFLE IS IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP TODAY

You are bidding on a brand new in the box FN SCAR 16S 5.56x45 battle rifle with all FN accessories as shown. These are scarce and according to FN no more will be made in civilian-legal semi-auto. This is it. The one pictured has been sold--yours will be shipped in the original, sealed FN shipping carton and untouched, unfired, unmolested.

We have been waiting since February for FN to release these and once they are gone they will be no more in semi-auto. We will have three in stock and ready to ship and twelve more in-bound on 11/4--and then no more ever. Buy it now or lose your chance.

Sorry to sound like a lawyer but apparently some of our customers think they are so here are the details of the sale.

PAYMENT
We accept ONLY payment by Wire transfer, United States Postal Money Order or Cashiers Check. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Please make your USPS Money Order or Cashiers Check out to "Scott Coats & Associates". Payment in full must be received within seven business days. For wire transfer, please Contact Us via Email. Cashier's Checks are held until cleared by our bank.

FFL INFORMATION
We will ship only to an FFL holder, unless item is a non-firearm. Please fax your dealer's signed original Federal Firearms License to (561) 204-1741 or email it to gunbrokersales@insolution.com.

SHIPPING
Buyer pays $40 shipping and handling to the lower 48 states. Pistols ship via air. Email for Hawaii and Alaska shipping quote PRIOR to making payment. If you are bidding on multiple items, please inform us. We will hold or ship items together if possible to lower freight costs and pass the saving onto you. We email tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.

Be sure to inspect the package when it arrives for carrier damage. Shipping damage must be handled with shipper and we must be informed with in 24 hours of arrival of item in order to assist you with your claim. Shipping box or container must be available for shipping company to inspect at the "Ship To Address" or shipping damaged claim will be voided by shipping company
