(1) Full factory warranty applies on New firearms. No inspection on Factory New in Box firearms.

(2) No export. Buyer must be 18 years old for long guns and 21 years old for handguns plus be legally able to possess a firearm. Current FFL required from dealer in your state of residence to ship - LIGIBLE fax or e-mail okay. (PLEASE have dealer ID gun, auction # or buyer on form.) We are a Federal Firearm Licensed dealer. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. You are responsible to know your local laws before you bid - not us. 15% Restocking Fee on any cancel/return of NIB item after payment. All guns & their accessories should be examined by gunsmith before use. We are not responsible, nor liable for any damage to people or property. NO SALES TAX if out of state on this end. MO sales must add 7.9% sales tax. You are required to provide owner’s full name, home address and home phone number for our records only. CALIFORNIA ONLY add $10 per shipment for each CFLC letter starting 7/08.

(3) Payment is due in our hands or account within 7 calendar days (NO extensions or excuses accepted – holidays are included) of auction close by cash, money order, cashier's/official bank check or card. MAJOR CARDS WELCOMED - NO CASH DISCOUNT FOR CARDS therefore, add 3.25% to Visa/MasterCard & Discover payment for loss of cash discount. Personal, company, credit-line checks will hold order for 9 business days from actual deposit date only. Amex & PayPal not accepted. International cards add 4.95%. If you do not pay within 7 days as agreed with your bid, we post negative feedback for your nonpayment and re-list item. Your e-mail or call cannot change any of these terms. 3.25% Restocking Fee w/ Visa/MasterCard or Discover purchase.

(4) Shipping, signature confirm & handling is $26 to lower 48 states. AK & HI extra. USPS Priority. Optional insurance & other shippers extra. We provide prompt service and attempt to ship w/in 2 biz days after payment & legal FFL receipt. FOB shipping point.

(5) Larry the Cable Guy says…”If you think nobody cares, try missing a payment.” Please…if you will not pay on time, please do not bid. We offer TWO simple layaway plans based on & using the “BUY NOW!” or higher price only. You cannot change plans after down payment. Your choice. The good news…no collection calls from us. No need to get our permission to use this option. We ship only after full payment per above and legal FFL is received.

Layaway ONE – 60 days MAX with NO CHARGE. (33/33/33). 1/3 down payment (non-refundable) of final total price including shipping/insurance within 7 days per above. Balance due in 60 days from end of auction closing date. Layaway is FINAL with no refunds, exchanges, or inspection. MONTHLY PAYMENTS of remaining 2/3 balance with shipping/insurance are due "in our hand" on auction close date each month until paid-in-full - no excuses accepted. Monthly payment equals 1/3 balance with shipping/insurance. If you miss ANY payment on due date (serious), sale/auction is void for nonpayment on your part. Layaway payments must be received in cash, money order or cashier/offical only. No cards, credit-line, personal or company checks may be used with layaway. If you do not pay as agreed with your bid, we post negative feedback, KEEP DOWN PAYMENT FUNDS received, AND the firearm or item. Basically, it is a 33.3% restocking fee.

Layaway TWO – 90 days MAX with NON-refundable & one-time $15 layaway fee which is due “up-front” with down payment. (25% + $15/25/25/25). Same exact terms as Layaway One only with 1/4 payments. 25% restocking fee if late.

(6) Real money talks, the others walk. We will not reveal the reserve price, bottom dollar or tell you how close you are to reserve. Please bid or use “Buy It Now”. Please ask before bidding...inquires or SERIOUS offers only.

(7) Trades – Maybe??? Difficult to do at this distance. Only NRA Excellent (95% or better) will be considered. You ship to us first with $30 min. return shipping funds & current FFL form. After inspection, we accept trade or return to you. Expect 80% of Blue Book value max. No black powder, custom or customized firearms.

(8) We reserve the right to end auction at ANY time and NOT sell to high bidder unless reserve is met, so bid accordingly - we might sell it locally. We reserve the right to cancel or re-list the item if the auction site goes down within 24 hours of the close of said item. We are not bound by errant manufacturer information or typos. In the event of error, bidder will be released from the auction. Occasionally we will run out of an item. This happens in less than 1% of all transactions. It is best to e-mail us to confirm availability on current production firearms before you bid. We will not be held responsible for timing issues regarding current inventory or prior sales - subject to prior sale. NOTE: Pictures may or may not be same item for sale.
