The item pictured is the same one the winner will receive. This item ships USPS Priority mail, with delivery confirmation, for $6.95. I can ship it 1st Class, with delivery confirmation, for $4.95, if I remove it from its packaging. Rush delivery extra, contact seller BEFORE sending payment. Payment is to be made with a USPS money order or PayPal.

Return Policy: You have five days to contact me if the item is not as described, or non-functional, to make arrangements for return.
