AUCTION TERMS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
I DO NOT HAVE A LAYAWAY OPTION ( I DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ) -- I GET ALOT OF REQUEST FOR TRADES, I WOULD PERFER NOT TO DO TRADES ON MY INTERNET LISTINGS.
LEGAL REQUIREMENT- Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Bidder to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old). California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R handguns direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 FFL LIC. dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.) Large capacity magazine restrictions: New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only. California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - over 10 rounds. Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.
PAYMENT OPTIONS- We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks, with personal checks shipment will be held for 10 days. For all major credit cards please add 3% to the auction’s cash discount price.(Maine Residents to pay 5% sales tax) .Handguns and long guns do need to be shipped separate. All shotguns and rifles are shipped in a new hardcase unless otherwise mentioned in the item discribtion. Handguns are shipped in a box with bubble wrap .
RIFLES & SHOTGUNS WILL BE SHIPPED IN A NEW DOCKOCIL OR PLANO GUN CASE . FEEL SECURE THAT YOUR GUN WILL ARRIVE SAFE! SHIPPING & INSURANCE COST TO THE LOWER 48 WILL BE $40.00 AND THAT WILL INCLUDE THE HARD CASE.
SHIPPING- Buyer to pay $40.00 for shipping/handling/insurance/hardcase for RIFLES & SHOTGUNS. $30.00 for HANDGUNS.( UNLESS A DIFFERENT PRICE IS MENTIONED IN THE ITEM DISCRIBTION)Fixed prices are for the lower 48 States…AK & HI are often an additional charge. If you purchase a rifle or shotgun that is too long for the hard case . The gun will be shipped in a box with bubble wrap and the difference will be refunded back to you .
HANDGUNS- are shipped USPS Priority Mail/Insured;
LONG GUNS- are shipped UPS ground/Insured.
We include a signed copy of our FFL with each firearm shipped.
AMMO •WARNING: Buyer must be over the age of 21 with proof of age to purchase. All state, local and federal laws apply. Please do not bid if you are prohibited from buying this item in your area. No ammunition will ship to prohibited areas such as the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland and San Francisco. No Shipments to Massachusetts, New York City or Washington D.C. No Shipments to Chicago, IL residents must provide a FOID card. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are a resident of one of these areas please do not bid. Thank you.
SAFTY NOTICE- Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day non firing , non messing with ( turning srews ,taking apart,removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or messing with in anyway) inspection/return privilege.Inspection is based on a visual review of the gun to confirm the gun is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping charges & if paid for with a credit card buyer absorbs the 3% credit card charges . So please ask questions BEFORE you bid. In the event that the auction site goes down within 12 hours of the end of the auction, We reserve the right to relist the item. Thanks for Looking and Good Luck!!
