The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder

Up for auction is a brand new Mossberg JIC(Just-in-Case) Portable, "Takedown" version of the Legendary 500 Shotgun with All required Tools to assemble(1 allen wrench, and for a hex head bolt). It is chambered in 12 gauge, with a 18.5" barrel with Matte Blue finish. It has a Pistol Grip, a Bead Sight, and a Cordura Carry Case with Shoulder Strap.

Payment
I accept Credit Card Payments through Gunbroker Checkout. I do NOT charge a credit card processing fee. I also take money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. I will not ship until all funds have posted to my account.

Shipping
After the auction has ended, it is your responsibility to provide me with a copy of the FFL I will ship the fierarm to. Please have your FFL put either your name, auction number, or both on their FFL. My fax number and email are can be found under my contact information. I am a licensed FFL, and can only ship firearms to other licensed FFL's.
I ship all of my long guns and ammo via FedEx Ground and all hand guns and most accessories via USPS. Please make sure your email address listed under your account info is correct. You will be email the tracking information from either FedEx or USPS(depending on the item) to that email address.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have to calculated, it unfortunately cost more to ship there. Continental US can see the shipping rates listed under "Shipping".
I ship within 3 business days after the payment has posted to my account.

Other
I work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. I am usually very prompt, in return of emails and phone calls during this time. I realize my auctions will end during the weekend and on Holidays. I will try to answer questions, and return emails during those times, but there may be a delay. If I am unable to, I will respond the next business day. Please do not call during the weekend or holidays unless it is an emergency.
I also, on rare occasion, sale an item in my shop before I am able to take the listing off Gunbroker. If this happens I will let you know promptly.
Most of my listings are "stock" pictures. I do this mainly to save time, but also to protect the serial number of the guns being sold.
