The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should

Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This listing is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the listing, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback

DESCRIPTION:
Up for sale is a brand new in the package Summit Hot Dot FOX archery sight. Summit # 86003. We picked a pile of these up on a special and we are selling them for $91.50 below dealer wholesale. That is right dealer cost on this sight was $116.50 and we are selling them for $20. Shipping is $10. If you purchase more than 1 shipping would be $10 for the first sight and $5 for each extra. We can ship this item straight to your house.
The 2008 Hot Dot F.O.X. Fiber Optic Xtreme archery sight features 5 easy-to-adjust fiber-optic metal pins that move independently and are all hidden in the top portion of the housing. This bow sight design ensures that no pins, wires or bars get between you and your target. Each pin is outfitted with 6.75" of .029"-diameter FitzFiber, the brightest fibers available today. No electronic components means the Hot Dot F.O.X. archery sight is legal in all states and provinces. This bow sight’s lens is made from the same type of polycarbonate as safety glasses and features a coating that targets red light wavelengths. The redesigned and extended mounting bracket allows for increased accuracy and full view of the sight window. The bow sight's housing is made from similar high-strength nylon to Summit's Rapid Climb stirrups material. This offers excellent durability, temperature variances of 0 degrees F to 125 degrees F will not affect the strength of this material, and light weight, the entire assembly, including mounting brackets, weighs just over 6 ounces. The fiber optic pin system is completely encased in aluminum with aluminum mounting brackets to prevent accidental damage. In addition, the bow sight mounts on right or left handed bows, features third axis leveling, micro adjustment, available screw-in LED light and can be quickly converted to Hot Dot Plus version by purchasing the Plus electronic module. Summit's Hot Dot archery sights give you the functionality you need, plus the latest technology to give you a bow hunting advantage.

If you are a lucky auction winner it is your responsibility to contact us with payment. We can accept a Postal Money order, Bank Certified Check, Personal Checks held for 5 days to clear. Credit card details listed below. You can send the check to our store address that is listed below. Please make check payable to Tanners Sports Center. The shipping amount will be listed in the top of the auction page. Make sure to include the Gunbroker auction number, full name, address, dealers name and your phone number with the check so we know what auction it is for. If you do not include the auction number it is hard to match up your sale and will delay the order. Please also remember to include your phone number with the check.

FFL TRANSFER DETAILS,
If you are sending a check for payment it is easier for us if you send the dealers FFL license with the payment. We can accept a faxed copy or an emailed scanned copy of the FFL license. Fax number 215-491-0904. email tannergun@comcast.net We need your dealer to include the Gunbroker auction number and your full name with the license so we know who it is for. We receive 10-20 faxed licenses a day so if you information is not listed we will not know who it is for. It is your responsibility to line up a dealer and make the arrangements for them to get the license to us. We will include a copy of our FFL license with the firearm along with an invoice for your records.

SHIPPING DETAILS,
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment and dealers ffl license. Handguns are shipped USPS Priority Mail which only take 2-3 days anywhere in the country. USPS does not have a physical tracking number like UPS but we will email the delivery conformation number so you will be able to see once your dealer signs for it. All long guns will be shipped UPS Ground. You will receive the tracking number once the item is shipped. We do not combine shipping costs unless discussed with us before you purchase. If you live in AK or HI the shipping costs could change so please contact us for the amount. If you are purchasing ammo, parts or Muzzloaders we can ship these items straight to your house as long as it is legal in your state
LAYAWAY PLAN
If layaway is available on this item it will be listed in the item description. If it is not listed the layaway is not available. We only offer layaway on certain items. If is a dutch auction or a straight auction with no buy it now you can place the bid and wait until the auction is over before sending the deposit in.
