Up for auction is a brand new C Products Defense "Battle Pack" of 6 individually wrapped 30 round mags with non-tilt followers. We are unable to disclose the reserve on any auction. Payment can be made by CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD (Visa, MC, and Discover). Please do not send a personal check. Payment for money orders or Cashiers Check can be made out to: DFW Shooting Sports. Credit card payments are made through Gunbroker.com's checkout feature. Our fax number is 817-704-4532. Payment and FFL/age verification are to be received within 7 days of the auctions close. Include your auction number and item description with your payment. Please send the payment and FFL together to avoid confusion. Texas residents are required to pay sales tax.

We pay for shipping. Alaska and Hawaii are required to pay adjusted shipping rates if it is possible to ship. No international sales. Insurance will be an additional $1.50 per $100.00 spent at buyers expense. Handguns will be shipped USPS GROUND and all other items will be shipped Fed Ex or UPS GROUND unless other arrangements are made at buyers expense. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping malfunctions if you choose not to insure the item. Tracking numbers will be provided by request through email. Shipment of item is usually within a day or two of payment but some days are busier than other days and don’t forget that business days of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, of which shipping is not available on Saturday.

Ask all questions before you bid. We will not disclose reserve price questions. Trades are only considered for customers local to the DFW area who can bring their trade to the store in person. Listing is done by GunBroker standards (new, used or old stock). We make every effort to photograph any scratches, bumps or imperfections to assist you in determining the value of the firearm. Pictures maybe stock photos on new or used items if we are offering multiple firearms of the same model, wood grain may/will vary from one gun to the next. Pictures will not always reveal minor scuffs or scratches. Most new guns are not absolutely perfect as far as the finish goes. We do display our firearms. That being said, it is likely that the advertised item has been displayed and possibly handled. New item warranties will be handled by the manufacturer. Used/consignment items are sold "as is" with no warranties/guarantees expressed or implied. Description of used firearms will be based on visual inspection, not to include a complete tear down. It is the bidder's responsibility to check your local laws before you bid.
