requires that you contact each other within five (5) calendar days to make payment and
shipping arrangements.
- Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

You are bidding on this 20¾ inch barrel for the Lakefield rifles model Mk2 in .22. The bore is bright and shiny and the exterior is rather brown in color. If you have any questions regarding this auction, please ask BEFORE bidding.------ GBB131 ------

If it is not there, this means that there is a problem with your email address and there is nothing I can do about it. In the case where I have to call you to inform you of your shipping cost or for any other reason, there will be a $3.00 charge per call added to your final amount.-----
CONDITIONS OF SALE: This auction is being shipped to you from Canada. If you are from outside Canada, please make sure this auction can be shipped to you before bidding. Once the auction has ended, payment is due, no matter what.------
SHIPPING FEES: Multiple wins from the same day auctions are packed together. I will be using the name and address you supplied to Gunbroker to calculate your shipping fees AND to ship your parcel. If you wish to have your parcel shipped to a different address, please let me know BEFORE I send you the shipping fees. When I receive payment, I do not double check for shipping address. Fees are actual cost of shipping plus $2.00 ( often less) to partially cover my cost of handling / shipping material. Canadian shipping rates applies.------
PAYMENTS: Accepted methods of payment are: money order, cashier’s cheques or cash, all these in US dollars ONLY. PAYPAL USERS: I would MUCH prefer NOT TO but if payment is made by PayPal, there will be a 8% fee added to the total ( $ 1.50 minimum ) as PayPal take 3.5% when I receive your payment and then another 6.5% in exchange rate and then I have to pay another 6% at the bank to reconvert that money into US dollars. Your 8% only covers half of my loss due to the PayPal fees. ALL auctions paid with PayPal are sent to the name and address supplied by PayPal, no other, as per PayPal’s rules. If you have no address listed on PayPal, your payment will be refunded automatically. If you wish to pay with PayPal but want your parcel shipped to a different address than the one provided to us by PayPal, it CANNOT and WILL NOT be done nor accepted. NO EXCEPTION.
