Contact each other. We have already sent the buyer and the seller an email message containing the other party's contact information. If you have not received your email, you can click on the other party's user name above to send a message. Our User Agreement requires that you contact each other within five (5) calendar days to make payment and shipping arrangements.
Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item received by the buyer) you can leave feedback on the other party.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

Payment
Payment can be made by CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD (Visa, MC, American Express and Discover). Please do not send a personal check. Payment for money orders or Cashiers Check can be made out to: DFW Shooting Sports. If you choose to use a credit card, you will be asked to fill out our internet credit card purchase form; which requires a signature. Please be sure to include the complete credit card number, exp. date and the last 3 numbers off of the back of the card. Our fax number is 817-704-4532. Payment and FFL/age verification are to be received within 7 days of the auctions close. Include your auction number and item description with your payment. Please send the payment and FFL together to avoid confusion. Texas residents are required to pay sales tax.
Shipping
We pay for shipping. Alaska and Hawaii are required to pay adjusted shipping rates if it is possible to ship. No international sales. Insurance will be an additional $1.50 per $100.00 spent at buyers expense. Handguns will be shipped USPS GROUND and all other items will be shipped Fed Ex or UPS GROUND unless other arrangements are made at buyers expense. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping malfunctions if you choose not to insure the item. Tracking numbers will be provided by request through email. Shipment of item is usually within a day or two of payment but some days are busier than other days and don’t forget that business days of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, of which shipping is not available on Saturday.

Ask all questions before you bid. However, we will not disclose reserve price questions. Listing is done by GunBroker standards (new, used or old stock). We make every effort to photograph any scratches, bumps or imperfections to assist you in determining the value of the firearm. Pictures maybe stock photos on new or used items if we are offering multiple firearms of the same model, wood grain may/will vary from one gun to the next. Pictures will not always reveal minor scuffs or scratches. Most new guns are not absolutely perfect as far as the finish goes. We do display our firearms. That being said, it is likely that the advertised item has been displayed and possibly handled. New item warranties will be handled by the manufacturer. Used/consignment items are sold "as is" with no warranties/guarantees expressed or implied. Description of used firearms will be based on visual inspection, not to include a complete tear down. It is the bidder's responsibility to check your local laws before you bid.
