Payment Terms

Price reflects a 3.5% CASH discount that can not be earned with Credit Card payments.
If paying by Credit Card use the following formula to calculate the final total.
(Final Auction Price + shipping and handling fee) x 1.035 = Final Total .

We accept all major Credit Cards except American Express.
We also accept postal money orders and bank cashier checks. We do not accept any other kind of checks.

Payment must be in U.S. dollars. The billing address must be in the United States if using a credit card.
A provided credit card approval form must be faxed or emailed in, not called in since we need a signature.
When you win the auction we will provide you with a link to download the needed forms within 24 hours.
You will need to print this form, fill it out and sign (if paying by credit card), then email or fax back to us.
If you are sending a Money Order or check you do not need to sign the form but please include it with the payment.
We must receive payment no later than 5 (five) days after the auction has ended.
Please only bid if you can meet this requirement.
Doing so will avoid a Non-Paying Bidder status and further negative feedback.

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We collect a 7% Florida sales tax for the residents of Florida.

Shipping Terms
An FFL is ONLY required for handguns, handgun frames, rifles, rifle serialized receivers and shotguns.
A copy of the FFL can be faxed or emailed in. Please write the item description and auction numer on the FFL.

If buying high capacity magazines, it is your responsiblity to find out if it is legal in your area of residence.
If buying ammunition, you will need to fill out a "Ammunition Shipment Authorization" form. We will also need a copy of your driver's license.

Complete handguns must be shipped second day via FedEx only. Anything else will be shipped ground via FedEx only.
We do not ship via USPS so please do not request this, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The buyer pays for shipping and handling.

-Shipping and handling fee for rifles or shotguns will be $25.00 within the Continental United States.
-Shipping and handling fee for parts or accessiores will be $15.00 within the Continental United States.
-For handguns please email us the FFL's zip code to receievd a shipping and handling quote.
-For ammunition please email us the recipient's zip code to receievd a shipping and handling quote.
-For any other item please email us the recipient's zip code to receievd a shipping and handling quote.

Please send us the recipient's zip code for a shipping and handling quote BEFORE you bid.
The shipping & handling fee includes insurance and tracking information upon request.
Alaska and Hawaii residents will have a higher shipping charge.
We do not ship outside the United States.

We do not ship handguns, handgun frames, rifles, rifle receivers nor shotguns to California not even to C&R license holders.
