Payment
We accept PayPal payments as well as credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments via our secure phone lines at 800-504-6041. We also accept payments via money order paid to OpticsPlanet, Inc. Once you have elected to purchase item(s) from us, and have confirmed your purchase, you will be sent an email indicating the total amount due and the options you have to make payment on your order. You can elect to send a payment via PayPal to GunBroker@OpticsPlanet.com, for faster processing. Once we receive payment on an order via PayPal or Credit Card, the majority of orders ship within 1 business day. Orders that are paid via money order will only ship after the payment has cleared. Processing time for orders paid by Money Order may take up to 10 additional business days after we have received the payment. Please note: All orders must be paid in full within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we will file a Non-Paying Bidder request with Gunbroker.
Shipping
We offer calculated discount UPS shipping options as well as expedited options within the 48 continental US states. In addition, we offer USPS options for HI, AK, and APO addresses. You can get an accurate estimate of the shipping charges for the various methods we offer by clicking the "View estimated shipping cost" button under the "Shipping" heading near the top of this listing. Most orders leave our Illinois-based warehouse within 1 business day of receiving payment. All packages are insured for the full amount of your purchase. ALL orders over $1000 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If you know that no one will be available to sign for your package at your shipping address, please call us at 800-504-6041 or email us to make alternate delivery arrangements.
Returns
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. After 30 days from the date of receipt, please contact the manufacturer for possible repair or replacement.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to OpticsPlanet's Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included.

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form . Once completed, please print and attach the RMA Tag to the outside of the box and return the merchandise immediately as the RMA number is only active for 10 days from the date of submission. We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect or broken.
