This auction is for one U.S. Military Contract Buck M9 Phrobis III 2nd Generation bayonet. Gen 2 Army issue bayonets are almost impossible to find in this condition - This Gen 2 is a collector quality investment item. Scabbard & Webbing are in Excellent condition and show no use - Stone is complete. Blade has not been post production sharpened - Wire cutter edge shows no sign of use. The blade edge is free of nicks, dings and or grind marks. This Phrobis III M9 Bayonet Generation 2 includes the ricasso of this bayonet has the "flat top M and lazy 9" with USA underneath in large font this making it a Generation 2 model.
