shipping arrangements.
- Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item
received by the buyer) you can leave feedback on the other party.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

~ This auction is for a Factory New Bushmaster XM15 M4 AR-15 Carbine. This carbine is chambered in .223/5.56 and features a 16 inch M4 step-cut barrel. Also, the gun features an A3 upper receiver with detachable carry handle and a 6 position collapsible stock. The gun will come with the standard factory gear- 30 rd. magazine, hard case, etc. These are super nice rifles! Get It Before They Ban It !!! Don’t Pass It Up !!!

~ Buyer Pays with Certified Funds (Bank Check or Money Order) or credit card (visa, mastercard, or discover) plus 4%.
~ Buyer Pays $30 for Insured Shipping FFL to FFL. The shipping will cost more if the item is going to Hawaii or Alaska.
~ Payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction close.
~ A valid, signed copy of an FFL must be received prior to shipping this item. The FFL copy must be received within 30 days of the auction end. As of day 31, we charge a $5 a day storage fee until the FFL copy is received. As of day 61, the item is ours to keep.
~ Buyer MUST email me within 48 hours of auction close to confirm purchase and details.
~ If you have No Feedback or Negative Feedback, you MUST contact me before bidding or you will be blocked!
~ Make sure you can own this item where you live before bidding!
~ We do not conduct Face-to-Face transactions as we are a firearm distribution company that is not open to the public.
