The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder

Typo's and Errors.

At the time we list our products on Gun Broker, they are in stock. If stock runs out before the auction ends, we make every effort to end the auction. However, on rare occasions an out of stock condition may exist. If this happens, we are normally not out of stock for more then one week. If an extended period exists, then you or us may cancel the order at any time and a full refund will be given. (This does not mean give us NEGATIVE feedback as it only costs us money.) We recommend if you are only buying one small item, try to combine other items you may need at the same time to save on shipping cost.
We charge the published UPS/FedEx (our choice) rates with additional $1.99 package packing/handling. Insurance is extra as state above.

We ship all packages by UPS/FedEx only so please provide a valid street address in your gunbroker information. Items will only ship to the credit card address or your gunbroker address, NO EXCEPTIONS. No PO Boxes. If you are not familure with UPS rates, please use the estimator. UPS rates for residentail shipping on most orders, starts at about $8.00. So many people orders several items and they will be combined to save on shipping. Ammunition is normally shipped by UPS ground. If you require shipping ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska, or shipping by air, there is a $35.00 Hazmat fee.
Hazardous Materials like gun powder, primers and other items will be charged a $30.00 Hazmat fee for ground shipping and $40.00 for Air or to Alaska and Hawaii.
