Description for Item # 330317958

ScopeChief's were "top of the line" in the late 50's, the brightest, needle sharp images. This 8X model has "range focus" (50-1000 yards). Hard coated lenses, nitrogen filled, water and fog-proof. Tube is heavily annodized aluminum alloy but there are a few scratches and wear areas as shown. Fractions of a minute can be dialed unlike most scopes at that time. The crosshairs are not permanently centered as with most scopes now-a-days. This is a 1" tube, 14 1/4" long and weighs 11 ozs. Eye relief is 2 1/2-3", and field of view at 100 yds. is 17". This vintage scope would look and work great on your vintage model 70 or 700! I will ship, well packaged and insured via USPS priority mail, with tracking number, to anywhere in lower 48 states for $10.00. I will accept M.O. (prefer postal) or cashier's check.
