an NFA or, Title II, M-92, Short Barreled rifle and using an un-issued AND WITH the ORIGINAL, Yugoslav Military, correct barrel. This previously, brand new and un-issued, rifle kit has been expertly riveted onto a brand new, premium, NDS receiver, then painted with oven baked and solvent resistant, Gun Kote(TM)over
hot dip parkerizing for a hard, long lasting, better than OEM finish. (This is the same finish as used by the US Navy SEALs.)The correct Yugoslavian selector markings for "Safe", "Semi" and "Full auto" have been custom engraved on the receiver.

Can I legally own a Machine Gun, Short Barreled
Rifle a Suppressor or other
Class 3 Weapon?
The answer to that question depends on several factors. The
State in which you reside, (See below) must allow for the possession of the
weapon(s). Machine guns, suppressors (silencers), short barreled shotguns,
short barreled rifles, and any other weapons (AOWs) [e.g., flashlight guns,
short barreled shotguns ("sawed off's") are classified by the National
Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934 as Title II weapons. Title I weapons/ firearms,
are standard handguns, semi-auto rifles, bolt action rifles, shotguns, etc.
Federal law provides avenues for an individual to own a Title II NFA weapon.
Individuals, (Non-FFL holders) may purchase and own machine guns that were
made and registered before May 1986. Such machine guns are referred to as
"Form 4 Transferables". Suppressors, Short-Barreled Rifles, Short-Barreled
Shotguns, and AOWs are still manufactured (and are all form 4 transferable.)
Non-FFL holders may only purchase an NFA weapon from a dealer or individual
within their own state (approximately the same as buying a handgun.) If the
weapon is located out of state it must be transferred to a class 3 dealer
within the state, before transfer to the non FFL purchaser. Generally, you
must meet the following FEDERAL requirements to own a Title II NFA Weapon,
Firearm, Silencer: Be a US Citizen at least 21 years of age. Be of a sound
mind. Not a person prohibited from receiving a Title I firearm Never
convicted of a felony. NOT be under any firearm "disabilities." You as an
"individual," must pay a one-time Federal Transfer Fee, on each NFA item
purchased ( $200.00 for machine guns, short barreled rifles and
suppressors.) You must Complete a BATF Form 4 in duplicate, which includes:
(1) Obtaining the signature of the "Chief Law Enforcement Officer" (CLEO) in
your area signifying that he has no knowledge that you will use your weapon
for anything other than lawful purposes, that there are no local laws or
ordinances which would preclude ownership of such class II items. (2)You
must also state a reason for, or the "reasonable necessity" to possess the
weapon described (Lawful Collection, target shooting and investment purposed
are all acceptable "reasons.) (3) Provide two (2) sets of fingerprints, (on
fingerprint cards supplied by your C3 Dealer.) (4) Provide two 2"x2" recent
color (passport style) photographs and attach them to your form 4 in the
proper box.. If you have your own corporation or are an officer in a
corporation, the corporation can acquire these weapons and you, as a
corporate officer, may be able to possess the item(s), take them to the
range shooting, etc., provided you are acting within the confines of the
corporation. It should be noted that in states where it is ILLEGAL for an
individual to own, carry, transport, or be in possession of a machine gun or
any other NFA weapon, corporate ownership is NOT a viable option (e.g.,
South Carolina). If the corporation dissolves, the item must be transferred
to another individual, corporation, or C3 dealer. If in doubt, check with
your local C3 dealer. Approximately 90 days after submitting the forms along
with your attached check for $200.00, (during which time, the FBI will
perform an in depth background check on you,) your Dealer will receive your
"approved for transfer," Form 4 back from BATF. Only after the transfer is
approved by the NFA Branch can you take possession of your item through and
from your C3 dealer. Machine guns are ILLEGAL for individuals in DE, DC, HI,
NY, WA, SC Class 3 dealers are allowed possession in CA, IL, IO, KS, MI, NJ,
RI, SC Silencers are ILLEGAL for individuals in DE, DC, HI, IL, MS, MT, NY,
NJ, RI Class 3 dealers are allowed possession in : CA, KS, MO, MN ,
"The LORD of
WAR"
"Of all the weapons in the vast
soviet arsenal, nothing has been more profitable than Avtomat Kalashnikova
model of 1947, more commonly known as the AK-47, or Kalashnikov. It's the
worlds most popular assault rifle, a weapon all fighters love. An elegantly
simple nine pound amalgamation of forged steel and plywood, it doesn't
break, jam, or overheat. It will fire whether it's covered in mud or filled
with sand. It's so easy even a child could use it, and they do. The Soviets
put the gun on a coin. Mozambique put it on their flag. Since the end of
the
Cold War, the Kalashnikov has become the Russian people's greatest export.
After the AK47, comes vodka, caviar, and suicidal
novelists."
A Short History of the AK47
Rifle
The AK-47 is a selective fire, gas operated 7.62x39mm assault rifle, first
developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov. The designation AK-47
stands for Kalashnikov automatic rifle, model of 1947( Avtomat Kalashnikova
47.) It is therefore also known as Avtomat Kalashnikova (or simply 'AK'),
Kalashnikov or Russian jargon Kalash).
Design work on the AK began in 1944. In 1946 a version of the rifle, the
AK-46, was presented for official military trials, and a year later the
fixed stock version was introduced into service with select units of the Red
Army. An early development of the design was the AKS-47 (S-Skladnoy or
"folding"), which differed in being equipped with an under folding metal
shoulder stock. The AK-47 was officially accepted by the Soviet Armed Forces
in 1949 and used by the majority of the member states of the former Warsaw
Pact.
The AK-47 fires the 7.62x39mm cartridge which produces significant wounding
(including remote wounding effects known as hydrostatic shock) in cases
where the projectile tumbles and fragments in tissue, but which produces
relatively minor wounds in cases where the projectile exits before beginning
to yaw.
The original AK-47 was one of the first true assault rifles. Even after
seven decades, due to its durability, low production cost and ease of use,
the model and its variants remain the most widely used and popular assault
rifles in the world. It has been manufactured in many countries and has seen
service with regular armed forces as well as irregular, revolutionary and
terrorist organizations worldwide. The AK-47 was also used as a basis for
the development of many other types of individual and crew-served firearms.
More AK-type rifles have been produced than all other assault rifles
combined.
