I have a nice Chinese Model 213 9mm luger Tokarev. Good condition. Has the original grips with a Hogue over grip on it. Good bluing. No rust or pitting on the gun. Smooth action. Adjusted magazine not mag well. So it can take the 7.62x25 mags. With a 7.62 barrel you have one gun and two calibers. 9mm magazine. Comes with what you see. Shipping is $25 after the price of the auction. However if you use the buy it now option we will waive shipping and the 3% credit card fee.
NO THROUGH THE MAIL TRADES! If you are local, bring you trade in to the shop and we will talk face to face.
To complete your Transaction: For payment, I will take a Money Order or a Bank check. No Personal Checks! I will also take a Visa or a Master Card over the phone, plus a 3% charge. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call me or e-mail me, I check the email several times an hour, and you should receive a response quickly. If you are paying with a Credit Card, I will need additional information, and I will go over that with you on the phone.
To calculate your total:If you are paying with a Money order, your total is the ending amount of the auction, Shipping is $15 for long guns and $25 for handguns. Unless you use the buy it now price then all prices and fees are included in the price. Address Money Order or Bank check to: Leasures Treasures, LLC. There are no additional fees to what the auction ends at, UNLESS you are paying with a credit card (plus 3%); in which case I will calculate that for you over the phone. The ending amount of the auction is visible in both the confirmation e-mail you automatically receive from GB, as well as on the auction page. All handguns are shipped USPS Express mail with insurance, no exceptions.
For firearms that require a license (C&R or FFL): I will accept a fax, or an e-mailed scanned copy. As an alternant, if you are mailing in the payment, you can simply include an ink signed copy along with the payment. I’m flexible, you can use a combination if you would like, just let me know what you are doing so that I can keep my auctions straight.
Regarding email communication; I do not do this at home, and I do not walk around with a computer attached to my body. I leave the shop at 6PM and return the next morning at 9AM. If you send me an e-mail at 6:05, and do not receive a reply with in30 seconds, do not pound my inbox with panicked e-mails accusing me of not answering you. Likewise, I am not here on the weekends. I like to go home too. Do not bombard me with emails over the weekend asking me why I have not answered your question; you will get an answer on Monday morning when I come back to work.

Return policy is 3 days, non firing. Buyer pays shipping BOTH WAYS. I WILL NOT REFUND YOUR TRANSFER FEE ON YOUR END.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT OUT! I you sand on it, drill on it, cut on it, change it, switch it, throw it, kick it, break it; ITS YOURS! You will not believe the numbers of people I have try and return to me pistols disassembled in plastic bags.
Shipping Turn Around: It is my goal to ship out an item the same day I receive everything required to do so. This means payment in full, and the appropriate license where applicable. It is my opinion that once I am paid for an item, it is no longer mine, and I treat it as if it is someone else’s property. The only time there might be a day lag in me shipping your item is if I receive everything after about 4PM MST, then it will go out in the next day’s mail; or I get it on a Saturday, in which case it will not be sent out until Monday.
CALIFORNIA BIDDERS WELCOME! If the item is legal where you live, go for it, I have no extra charges for sending to California, or transferring to a California FFL.
Regarding feedback: I will only participate in feedback if you have already left feedback for me. Once upon a time, I left feed back for each and every one of the transaction, but only about 25% of them ever leave feedback for me. My number reflects less than ¼ the total number of transactions I have conducted on gunbroker.
Your Contact Phone Number: Be sure that the number you have listed with Gunbroker is the correct one to contact you. As a rule, I generally do not call a buyer unless there is something I need to clarify directly or I am trying to establish contact after a length of time has past following the end of an auction with no communication. In which case, if your wife/girlfriend/mother answers the phone I WILL NOT COVER FOR YOU. I will leave a complete and detailed professional message with EXACTLY the reason for my call. I will not be cryptic, I will not speak in code. If they will divorce/breakup/spank you, do not list a number where your wife/girlfriend/mother will answer the phone. If you are not allowed by the significant female in your life to buy things online, my heart goes out to you. I am not a relationship counselor, and I am through getting e-mails scolding me for telling a buyer’s wife that they are buying things online. If you don’t want me to call you, then follow up on your purchase in a timely manner.
