The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).

Year of Manufacture: Around 1960
Caliber: 7.62 x 39
Action Type: This is a parts kit for a demilitarized gas operated machine gun.
Markings: The top cover of the receiver is marked with an “11” in a circle and “1960 / KL01980”. The OP rod is marked “”01980”. The lower receiver is marked “KL01980” and “OIGE N”. The barrel and other parts have various proof marks throughout.
Barrel Length: Approximately 20 ½”
Sights / Optics: The parts kit comes with a top cover that is mounted with a front post adjustable for windage and a notched rear sight mounted on a tangent with a sliding elevation adjustment knob and marked with range indicators from 100 to 1,000 m (graduated every 100 m) and also adjustable for windage.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are wood with a medium dark stain. There doesn’t appear to be any chips or cracks in the any of the wood. There are light compression and handling marks throughout. The bottom of the pistol grip shows the most wear. The LOP measures 12 ½” from the trigger to the metal buttplate. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.
Type of Finish: Blue
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is Bright and the rifling is Sharp. There is no apparent erosion.
Overall Condition: This parts kit retains about 88% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling marks from storage. It is hard to determine if this was ever a complete rifle that was used. The internal parts show very little wear, much less then what would be expected from an operable machine gun.The Screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this kit rates in about Fine to Excellent condition for the parts included.
Mechanics: The action does not function. The receiver is cut into multiple parts. Assembly of this gun complete with a functioning action could be illegal in your state and in the Us without proper licesing. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state, but as this sits, it is ATF legal.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This parts kit comes with a paper used by the original inspector to make sure all the parts were present and two authentic drum magazines with belts. The magazines are considered high capacity and will not be shipped to a state with high capacity magazine restrictions.
Our Assessment: This would make an awesome build for the hobbyist. This rifle would look great as a non working replica to show off in a game room or use it as a prop for an Indie movie. If you’re a machinist, and it is legal, you could always assemble this rifle into a fully functional gun. No matter what you may want to do with it, this is an opportunity to be the only guy on your block with one.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This Kit is legal to own in California, however the magazines are considered high capacity and will not be available.

Shipping:
UPS Insured shipping will cost $40. To reduce the likelihood of damage during shipping, we may disassemble long guns by removing stocks when it is possible & easy and will not damage the wood or screws. We will also break down takedowns. We have had problems with rough carrier handling breaking the stocks at the wrist, and since we have begun to disassemble, we have not had any breakage. All parts will be individually wrapped. If you would prefer to not have your item disassembled, please let us know as soon as you win the bid. We package all merchandise for shipment on the Monday following the sale.
Your item will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of good funds, usually the next day. You will receive an automatic notification with a tracking number upon shipment, to let you know that we have received funds. (Please obtain a tracking number from your carrier for immediate delivery confirmation of payment). If you are in Southern California, you are welcome to pick your item up and complete the transfer at our shop in Simi Valley (M-F, 8-4 and Saturday By Appointment).
This gun can only be shipped to a verified adult, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your driver’s license with payment; this is for proof of age. We are FFL dealers and comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
Payment:
Full payment on non-layaway items is required within 14 days. We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks. Personal Checks are held a full week for clearance. No Credit Cards or electronic payments are accepted. To help us properly apply your payment, please indicate what item you have purchased when your payment and/or FFL are sent. If you would like to be notified when we receive your payment, please obtain a tracking number from your carrier.
CA Sales tax applies to CA buyers (7.75%).
Layaways are offered on all items, requiring a 20% non refundable down payment within 7 days of the auction’s close and the balance within 60 days. We do not require prior notice to place an item on the layaway. No returns are accepted on layaway items and the item will be considered abandoned after 60 days.
Successful Bidder Instructions:
You will be invoiced by the morning following the sale. This invoice will include totals for the sale and all instructions. Please keep an eye on your spam folder and inquire to auctions@LSBauctions.com if you have not received one by morning.
If you win an item and are not willing or able to complete the sale, you are liable for 5% of the sale price.
Returns (less shipping) are accepted within 3 days of when the item is delivered with signature confirmation. Returns are accepted for material misrepresentation, non disclosed flaws, overrepresentation & damage in shipping. Sometimes we miss, overlook or confuse things and we promise to make it right as best we can when we do. It is our goal to resolve return issues to keep all parties satisfied with their dealings (look at our feedback). Our return policy is not designed for folks who have just changed their mind or who did not fully read the description.
