The AR-Stoner Enhanced Bolt Carrier Assembly features a fully staked gas key and the carrier body has a relief cut at the rear to allow for weight installation without removing both takedown pins

CERAMIC BENEFITS

Excellent heat resistance and provides for rapid cooling. Applied through a proprietary process that penetrates the substrate of the metal and CAN NOT be removed without removing a layer of the metal itself. The hotter it gets the slicker it gets-continues to resist fouling even during extended firing sessions

Break-in Procedure

High Performance Tactical Upgrade Components

You have purchased a precision component to enhance the performance of your firearm. As with all precision parts there is a period of "break-in" required to achieve the high performance this part was created to provide. Please follow the instructions below to "break-in" your new precision parts: First of all, provide a light coating of quality oil to the interior and exterior
of all new parts (wipe off excess and allow to dry)

In an appropriate, safe location, fire 60 – 100 rounds with the new parts in place. This will wear-in or smooth the surface of the parts on a microscopic level to achieve best performance. Expect the possibility of a failure to feed or hard extraction while breaking in. Once the parts are broken in, you should see improved performance and longevity of these precision parts

Clean then very lightly oil after use. ** wipe off any excess oil and allow it to dry. Do not allow a wet appearance (from oil) to remain on the parts. It is not needed and will simply attract contaminants

Note: Color pigment loss will occur within 3-5000 rounds, this is NOT a loss of ceramic material, simply a loss of color
