Federal firearms laws prevents H & H from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), however we can ship them to a FFL Dealer.
Ammunition Purchases:Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition. - You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
- All ammunition will be shipped FED EX ground.
- We can ship ammunition to your door via FED EX.
- When you are checking out, you must select FED EX Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
- Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
- Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.

How to pay!
Email: We are over run with emails about information already in the auction ad. Please read the entire ad before you email us. Every day we receive dozens of email asking how to pay. All of the information you need to pay is here in the ad. Thank You! Payment Methods:

Money Order, Certified Check(We DO NOT accept Personal or Business Checks)
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit card payments will pay a 2% fee for a credit card.
We also accept credit card payment via phone. Either mail a payment, fax all the information or call our customer service line 1-320-963-3818.
We do ship outside of the USA. Please call or e-mail us to get a shipping Quote. Please make sure that all items are listed in your e-mail to make sure we get you an accurate shipping quote.To Get you Total take your winning bid plus shipping. This will be you total unless you are from Minnesota or you are paying with a credit card. Minnesota resident will be charged sales tax. Credit card payment you will take the total of the item and shipping and mulitple it by 1.02 to get your total.
Shipping Information:
shipping rate are listed with item for lower 48 states. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and internation shipping you will have to call for a quote.
We ship all packages by Fed Ex, USPS, and Spee Dee. please provide a valid street address. No PO Boxes unless out of the lower 48 states.
Ammunition is normally shipped by FED EX ground. If you require shipping ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska or shipping by air there is a $35.00 Hazmat fee.
Hazardous Materials like gun powder, primers and other items will be charged a $25.00 Hazmat fee.
Important Note: some people are having difficulty with email communication because of spam blockers or anti virus programs on their side or ours. Therefore we are not responsible for email failures. By bidding on our item, if necessary you agree to assume the responsibility to establish communication with us by any means necessary. If you do not get an email response from us, you understand it is due to a communication failure beyond our control and you accept full responsibility. If we do not receive payment from you within 7 days we will attempt to communicate with you by email or phone during normal business hours. You also agree that under no circumstance you will not damage us due to communication failure. If you are unable to pay us thru our automated system or by mail, we will file a non payment form in order to recover our fees. You understand this is not our attempt to damage you but it is our only means to recover fees for non payment. You also agree not to damage us for attempting to recover our fees for non payment.
Typo's and Errors.
Since our system is automated, some times error in price or description may occur. If this occurs you are not obligated to complete the sale and we are not obligated to complete the sale. At the time we list our products on Gunbroker they are in stock. If stock runs out before the auction ends we make every effort to end the auction. How ever on rare occasion an out of stock condition may exist. If this happens, we are normally not out of stock for more then one week. If and extended period exist then you or us may cancel the order at any time and a full refund will be given.. By bidding on our items you agree to these terms and conditions. If a typo occurs you agree not to hold us to the transaction. Please see the link to our terms and conditions.
Misc Information:
- Sales Tax of 6.875% of price + shipping must be collected on all shipments to Minnesota
- Items carry full manufacturers warranty, Manufacturer defects should be directed to the manufacturer
- 7 Day return policy. 15% restocking fee on all returns except if there was a typo in the ad. You must call for a return autherization and instructions. (Ammunition, Powder and Primers are NOT returnable)
