Description for Item # 330702841

Heres and unusual one. Pre 1913 equivalent of the Ideal grade with border engraving sandlots of original finish. About 70% bright case color and 80% bright damascus pattern. 30" damascus barrels choked Full and Full with shiny unpinned bores. Very nice English walnut stock. LOP is 14 1/4" to the original LC Smith hard rubber buttplate. Drop is 1 3/4" and 2 3/4". Locks up tight with lever well right of center and all numbers match. The only detraction on this gun is a couple of pits on the left breech ball and barrel at the breech. A very honest old example of a lower grade but higher quality pre 1913 gun. This is how they are supposed to look as they age.
