Description for Item # 330912611

This is a Pre War Browning Superposed, manufactured in Belgium during 1935, 12 GA Over and Under shotgun. It has 28” barrels, tang safety with top barrel in Full choke and bottom in Modified choke. There are normal expected marks to the wood and blue, but for a 74 year old shotgun it is in very good condition. It appears that originally it had 2 triggers but at some time it was converted to a single trigger and uses the inertia from the recoil to change trigger selection for the barrels. Originally the front trigger was cut off but I have had Midwest Gun Works, an official Browning repair shop, replace with a single trigger. Someone had etched their name just below the release for the forearm, but that was also replaced by Midwest- see photos. Shipping is to be paid by the buyer in addition to the amount of the winning bid. Shipping cost is $35.00 to ship this item to your FFL or C&R holder. Insurance for the purchase price is included in the shipping charge. Postal Money orders preferred, certified funds and personal checks will be accepted. If you send a copy of the receipt for the money order or certified fund shipping will not be delayed. If personal check or no receipt copy is sent the pistol will ship after the funds have cleared my bank. Master Card, Visa and Discover are also accepted- please note a 3% charge will be added to the total cost for credit card use. A signed copy of the FFL or C&R must be received with payment before shipment. Missouri residents please add 8.350% sales tax. The buyer is responsible to know your local firearm laws, please check with your FFL holder prior to bidding if you are not sure this firearm is legal in your state.
