shipping arrangements.
- Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

Auction is for a new in the factory box Hi-Point carbine chambered for 45acp. This is fresh from the factory, just in today, and it comes with one factory magazine and all the factory stuff, this also comes with a factory vertical foregrip as show in the photo.
***Payment information... Without exception we require payment received in our hands within 7 days of auction end, if this is a problem, please do not bid on our items as we make no exceptions under any circumstances. We accept paper checks or money orders of any kind, personal and business checks we hold for 5 business days to clear. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards at a 4% addition to the total sale price of the transaction as the assumed cash discount is lost. We do not accept Paypal, Gpal, GunPal, American Express or any other methods other than those listed for our auctions.
***Shipping information... Shipping and handling is $40.00 for USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Insurance is available and recommended for $2.50 per $100 of coverage desired.
***FFL Information... We do not contact your dealer to send us an FFL copy, you do. We do not receive faxed FFL copies; we receive FFL copies via email or US mail only depending on how you are making payment, please read below for details. If you are mailing funds, please do not email us your FFL, please send the FFL with the payment or mailed separately to; Valley Firearms, 549-C Howe Avenue, Shelton, CT 06484.
