Please refer to page 368 of the Madis "The Winchester Book" "1 of 1000" big book to verify the existence of this type of set. I have hand written letters signed by George Madis himself to confirm authenticity and a copy of his big book signed to the gentlemen who purchased these sets from him. I am aware of only 4 existing sets for other Winchester models and that may be all that exist as Winchester destroyed obsolete parts and sets of these as model changes were made or went out of production. These 2 sets are the most popular selling lever gun models Winchester EVER produced. The common barrel set is the ONLY barrel set for the 6 Model and Production Gauges sets known to exist. I will consider offers on all 3 sets or individual set. Offers may consist of part trade (Rare or highly collectible Winchesters or other firearms for example) and part cash. A bid is binding as per site terms of use agreement. If you either have low or negative feedback numbers, or no feedback please notify me directly of your intention to bid prior to bidding. If a bid looks fishy, it may be blocked and reported if the bidder appears to be unwilling or unable to complete a transaction (pay and take ownership) for these items. Payment to be made in US dollars. I will consider international buyers. Buyer would need to be willing and able to pick them up in person or by authorized representative. Payment must be made within 3 days of close of this auction and in any case prior to release as negotiated.
