Most of our guns are new, the few used ones may not have been fired by us. We just don't have the time or the ammo to shoot them all.
They are not guaranteed in any way unless stated. Mixon's Emporium recommends that all used firearms be checked by a knowledgeable gunsmith piror to shooting.
By bidding you agree to do this with all guns purchased from us.
It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their receiving FFL and to provide a copy of the FFL License to Mixon's Emporium if the purchase is a firearm.
We gladly accept all Curio and Relic (C&R) licenses as long as the long gun in question is ATF classified as a Curio & Relic.
Due to numerous isses with C&R licensees not understanding the shipping laws and asking us to ship to them illegally and then complaining loudly when we will not break the law for them we will not ship any handguns to C&R licensees. Qualifying long guns may still be shipped to C&R licensees.
Please do not ask to use a Curio and Relic on a non classified gun, we will NOT accept them.
Ask all questions before you bid. However, we will not disclose reserve price questions. Listing is done by GunBroker standards (new, used or old stock). We make every effort to photograph any scratches, bumps or imperfections to assist you in determining the value of the firearm. Pictures maybe stock photos on new or used items if we are offering multiple firearms of the same model, wood grain may/will vary from one gun to the next. Pictures will not always reveal minor scuffs or scratches. Most new guns are not absolutely perfect as far as the finish goes. We do display our firearms. That being said, it is likely that the advertised item has been displayed and possibly handled. New item warranties will be handled by the manufacturer. Used/consignment items are sold "as is" with no warranties/guarantees expressed or implied. Description of used firearms will be based on visual inspection, not to include a complete tear down.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, gold and silver. Personal checks require a ten day hold, no exceptions.
Depending on your view, auction price shows a 3% discount for cash/check/money order which is lost if you use a credit card. Or you can look at it as there is 3% surcharge fee for credit cards.
Contact must be made within 48 hours of winning the bid and Payment is requied within seven days. After 14 days, your item will be relisted and negative feedback will be posted.
Sorry, but paypal is Anti-Gun and we can not/will not use paypal for any gun related transaction.
SHIPPING:
Fixed shipping fees of $20 to the lower 48 states, Please contact us if you wish us to ship it elsewhere before bidding for a shipping quote.
Shipping fee covers, packing materials, travel time, and actual shipping cost. Insurance if desired will be extra.
We Do NOT export firearms, ammo or gun items.
Returns:
As this is a NEW Ammo with good pictures and we have started the bidding at $0.01, we will grant a three day non-shooting inspection and will refund purchase price only if the listing is incorrect or the pictures are incorrect.
Buyers remorse or finding it cheaper does not warrent a refund as we start the bid at $0.01.
Trades:
WE BUY GUNS & WE MAY TRADE UP OR DOWN We look for Quality, Unique, High Grade, Commemorative, Limited Edition, Tactical, and out of production firearms in excellent to new condition. We rarely take in current production or very common guns on trade unless there is something very special about them. If you have a nice firearm you seldom see in most Gun Shops, we will probably be interested in it. We ask you to forward a very detailed description of your firearm to us and email any questions. Please do not be afraid to tell us about your gun and all you have with it, remember we only know what you tell us. Include a price and photos if possible. Contact us prior to bidding about trading. IF YOUR TRADE IS WORTH MORE THEN THIS ITEM, WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE! All trade offers are entertained, but please understand that we need to make a profit which means we contiune to eat, so please do not expect to get full retail value for your trade.

We had a layaway program, but with the shortage of items to sell, we are currently not accepting any new layaways.

We do our best to mark retail items with an auction alert tag to avoid this terrible situation but we are human and a mistake could be made.
