Up for bid is a new Thompson/Center Quick Release Forend, in Hardwoods Camo. This is for Encore Rifle barrels. It would also fit ProHunter barrels but does not have the finger grip panels to match a ProHunter stock. The forend pictured sold; successful bidder will receive a virtually identical one, possibly in unopened box. I usually run Encore and ProHunter Hardwood Camo stocks in other auctions.
With Quick Release, you mount stand-off studs on the barrel. The forend locks on or releases with a turn of the coin slot button on the side. A set of studs is included. Factory item number for the forend is 7591.
USA bidders and shipment only at the stated shipping charge; shipment to Canada would be much more expensive. Please bid only if you intend to pay. PAYMENT: Early in 2010 I opened a GPAL (was GUNPAL) account to accept credit card payments. BECAUSE I WAS SOON TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY GPAL, HOWEVER, I CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH THEM. I again have no way to accept credit cards and must go back to Money Order or Cashier Check payments.
SHIPMENT: I ship Priority Mail, usually within one business weekday of receiving valid payment. We can do shipping discount for multiple auctions paid and shipped together.

NOTE, 03/23/11: To the person who asked, caliber of the barrel does not affect the exterior dimensions of the barrel. If you have a factory 26" Encore rifle (or factory 28" Pro Hunter rifle) barrel, this forend will fit. I've tried 3 times to reply to your question; delivery to your Blackberry has failed each time.
