Precision CNC stamped and formed housings that are heat treated to spring temper and finished in black oxide. Precision CNC machined hammer pawl and ratchet arm are hardened to RC 50. EDM technology is utilized for precise location of the notches for the hammer pawl and sear. Each kit has been individually tested to insure proper fit and function. Springs have been manufactured to the exact tolerances. These 3rd burst kits are US manufactured by TBA Suppressors.
