shipping arrangements.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

Springfield Armory M1A "Loaded" version (part # MA9226), Used, Like New, having the following features: *22" Carbon Steel Parkerized Air Guaged National Match Barrel. *Black Synthetic Stock. *National Match Two Stage Trigger Group. *National Match Front and Rear (non hooded) Sights. *National Match Flash Suppressor. *Weight of 9.2 lbs., unloaded. *Overall Length of 44.3". *Chambered for 7.62mm NATO (although it will also accept and fire .308 ammo). This rifle was test fired only with a total of 20 rounds of Winchester factory ammo (no reloads or Russian steel ammo). Included with this rifle is the original box, warranty card, owner/operator manual, military technical manual, and one (1) 20 round Springfield Armory 7.62mm NATO (.308) magazine. Buyer to pay a flat rate of $ 35.00 for shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground, within continental US. Postal money orders, cashier's checks/certified funds, and personal checks accepted for payment. Please know any laws and/or ordinances in your area that would prohibit or restrict ownership of this rifle prior to bidding. My Dealer will not ship this item to any State that it is prohibited in; it cannot be sold or shipped to anyone residing in California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Aurora, IL, Chicago, IL, Oak Park, IL, South Bend, IN, or Washington, D.C., due to the 20 round high capacity magazine being included with the sale of this item, and also due to this item having a flash hider. I am not a Dealer; upon purchase of this rifle, Buyer should make arrangements with his or her FFL Dealer to arrange transfer, and I will take this rifle to my FFL Dealer for shipment to Buyer's FFL Dealer.
