The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

Century Arms C93 Semi-Auto Pistol chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO (or .223 caliber), Used, in excellent condition. My armorer has checked the headspace/bolt gap on this pistol, which is at .015, or 0.38mm, which is HK factory specs. This pistol has been fired approximtely 20 rounds with factory Winchester ammo (no reloads or Russian steel ammo). This C93 has the following features: *8.5" barrel. *Rear 400 meter Diopter adjustable sight. *Front hooded sight. *HK53 full auto bolt carrier. *Front flash suppressor. *Rear detachable end cap with sling swivel. *Overall length of 20". *Unloaded 6.3 lbs. *Matte black finish. Included with this pistol are the following - Bulldog case, manual, and two (2) used 40 round HK93, HK33, HK53 5.56mm magazines. Buyer to pay a flat rate of $ 30.00 for shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground, within continental US. Postal money orders, cashier's checks/certified funds, and personal checks accepted for payment. Please know any laws and/or ordinances in your area that would prohibit or restrict ownership of this pistol prior to bidding. My Dealer will not ship this item to any State that it is prohibited in; it cannot be sold or shipped to anyone residing in California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Aurora, IL, Chicago, IL, Oak Park, IL, South Bend, IN, or Washington, D.C., due to the 40 round high capacity magazine being included with the sale of this item, and also due to this item having a flash hider. I am not a Dealer; upon purchase of this pistol, Buyer should make arrangements with his or her FFL Dealer to arrange transfer, and I will take this pistol to my FFL Dealer for shipment to Buyer's FFL Dealer.
