All other orders must go through our secure checkout system using a credit card.Insurance can be purchased for $1.25 per $100. (Standard UPS insurance rate.)

2.) Federal Firearms License (FFL): We must ship all firearms to a verified FFL holder. A copy of your FFL dealers license can be faxed our office. Contact us on GunBroker to receive the fax number.

You should contact us within 5 business days of the auction end date.

Your purchase will be shipped after receiving payment and FFL (if required) information. We do our best to ship out items immediately upon receipt of payment and FFL, but please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process and ship your order.

The buyer is responsible for checking local gun laws before bidding.

Illinois We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 12 rounds to anyone in Chicago, IL or anyone using a billing address in Chicago, IL. We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in Aurora, IL or anyone using a billing address in Aurora, IL.

It is your responsibility to make sure you comply with the laws of your country, state, and city in bidding on this item. If the item is found not to be in compliance, you as the bidder are liable for any fees incurred by your bid, including return shipping and listing fees.

Paying by Money Order, Cashiers Check, Certified Check

When paying by money order or check, please send the final bid amount, plus applicable shipping charges. For example, if the final bid amount is $400.00, and shipping is $35.00, you would send the total amount of $435.00 (+ any insurance you would like to purchase).

Shipping Information

Due to the volume of orders we ship out daily we do not ship via USPS, we ship via UPS exclusively. Please go to www.ups.com or click on the shipping quote button above for actual shipping cost.

Firearms will only be shipped to a Federally licensed firearms dealer!

Some firearms and accessories we sell are not legal in every state. Please check your local laws before bidding.

All pistols MUST be shipped UPS Air and all rifles/shotguns must be shipped UPS Ground per ATF guidelines. No exceptions. Winning bidder to pay $25.00 - $35.00 shipping. Pistols are typically $35 to ship.

We can purchase UPS insurance on your order. Current UPS rates are $1.25 per $100 (or fraction thereof). Example: A $475 rifle would be $6.25 added to your shipping for insurance (5 X 1.25 = $6.25).

We only ship to the verified billing address for credit card users (excluding firearms). If you need an item shipped to an address other than your billing address we can accept a money order or certified check.

Quoted rates on firearms are for the continental United States only. Please call or email for a quote on firearms being shipped to AK and HI.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All items are factory new in box (unless specifically noted) and are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.
