The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. This WW2 Vintage German MP-40 Parts Kit was purchased from Century Arms well over 20 years ago, all of the parts appear to be in good condition and the parts have a nice overall patina. All markings are clear and nothing is butchered or altered. If you have any questions please contact me. Free Shipping by Ground to US addresses only. I will not ship to any state or locality where this item cannot be legally purchased, please check your local laws carefully! This will make into a great non-firing dummy or provide the parts for a nice restoration of a registered NFA MP-40. At the time that I had bought it I was planning to build a legal ATF registered closed bolt short barreled semi-automatic rifle using these parts but never got to do it before the new laws put a stop on it. I will accept Postal Money Orders or a Certified Bank Check or Bank Money Order for payment, but they may be held for up to 2 weeks for clearance.

Buy with confidence, although new to Gunbroker, I have been on eBay since about 1998, and have about 470 feedbacks with a 100% positive rating. Please check my auctions often as I will be selling off my collection of over 50 years, everything must go!
