ALL NFA RULES APPLY. Pistol not included. Shown for reference only. New in box Mohwak Armory 22 rim fire suppressor, threads are 1/2 X 28. Great Suppressor for a Great Price. All Stainess Steel Construction. No charge for transfer on form 3 or form 4 from Long Creek Firearms. The fine print: Please let me know of any serious questions concerning the item. Also, seller is an FFL/SOT holder and will only ship to another valid FFL/SOT holder. NO CALIFORNIA SALES FOR THIS ITEM. It is up to you to locate your own Class 3 FFL for transfer and determine the legality of owning this suppressor. This Suppressor is not legal in some states. I will only accept a return based on any gross mistake in the ad copy. Finally, This Suppressor is for sale locally and may be pulled at any time there are no bids greater than or equal to the starting price. Price is for ONE Suppressor. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. 3% additional for credit cards. Upon winning the auction, please let me know how you intend to pay and furnish FFL/SOT's credentials. I will ship upon payment, receipt of FFL/SOT from your transfer agent and approved form 3 from ATF. I do note determine how long ATF takes for approval. No charge if I do the transfer on form 4 to a Georgia resident. I also do not control how long ATF takes on for 4. Once again, pistol shown is for reference only, it IS NOT INCLUDED.
