containing the other party's contact information. If you have not received your email, you
can click on the other party's user name above to send a message. Our User Agreement
requires that you contact each other within five (5) calendar days to make payment and
shipping arrangements.
- Once the transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been made and the item
received by the buyer) you can leave feedback on the other party.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

100
Federal 6.8mm SPC once fired range brass. It may have minor dings,
dents or slight imperfections, but most flaws can be easily removed
upon resizing or will be shot out upon first firing. This brass has not
been re-sized and must be full-length sized before loading it for the
first time. Brass has been cleaned but has not yet been deprimed.
Primer pockets are crimped. Crimp must be removed before
reloading.

WHEN
THE AUCTION CLOSES:
We will contact
the the winning bidder by e-mail within 24 to 48
hours of the auction close. Payment from winning bidders is
expected within 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. For most of our auctions,
shipping and insurance costs are fixed and is stated as part of the
auction. The winning bidder should take note of this and forward
payment by acceptable means (again listed in the auction) so that it
arrives in Bell Buckle TN. 37020 no later than 10 days after the close
of the auction. If you plan to use a credit card for payment you can
use the GunBroker automated checkout system. Please
read the specific GunBroker policies on payment and after-the-auction
steps for buyers to be sure you adhere to them, and please also read
our standard business terms and conditions completely. On auctions
where we do not hear from the successful bidder (buyer) within 5 days
or we do not receive payment within 10 days of the auction close date,
we will post feedback as “F” for the bidder. Please pay attention to
after the auction details regarding contact, payment, etc. to avoid
trashing your GunBroker account feedback ratings. It’s easy to do and
it will get you an “A+” feedback rating from us.
SPECIAL
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUCTIONS THAT INVOLVE FIREARMS THAT MUST BE SHIPPED TO
ANOTHER LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER:
Make
arrangements with you FFL dealer before bidding and/or purchasing
items that must be shipped or transferred to that FFL dealer. FFL
purchase copies MUST be emailed to
us within 5
days of close of any
auction that involves a firearm The FFL purchase copy
MUST:
1) be signed by
the dealer;
2) indicate
your name, the GunBroker auction number, and the auction item
name;
3) indicate the
dealer's telephone number and e-mail address (if they have one);
4) be
clearly legible as received (we MUST be able to read the full FFL
number and other information on the received copy or it cannot be used
to ship the firearm);
THERE
ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
FFL copies that
are emailed or mailed and do NOT contain the above
information will be DISCARDED. Please understand that if we do not
receive the required information on the FFL purchase sent, it is often
impossible to match it up with your auction, especially where we may
have multiple auctions for firearms that are for different buyers in
close proximity geographically. This will result in shipping delays of
the auctioned firearm. Please work with your licensed dealer to adhere
to these requirements regarding FFL purchase copies. Please DO NOT send
us e-mails asking us to call your dealer. If we need to speak with your
dealer, please have them call, fax, or e-mail us if they feel they need
to. When they do, please have them ready to supply your name, the
auction item description, and the GunBroker auction number. If your
dealer needs to validate that we are a licensed FFL holder and not a
private party, please have them look us up on the BATF FFL eZ Check
website www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/. Please supply them with these
numbers for this purpose: 1-62-...-..-..-03937. This should be
standard practice for any dealer anyway, so it should not cause any
issues with your dealer.
PAYMENT
TYPES:
Auctions paid by Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards
will be accepted. These will be processed through GunBroker's checkout
system. Auctions paid by money order or certified / bank-issued checks
will ship immediately upon receipt of the money order or certified /
bank-issued check.
SHIPPING
FEES:
Where auctions state a fixed shipping cost, this cost is for shipments
to the “lower 48” states only. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii
will be extra and will be quoted individually. Fixed shipping costs do
include insurance unless the auction specifically states otherwise.
ONCE THE AUCTION ITEM IS SHIPPED FROM OUR LOCATION IT BECOMES YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING
METHODS:
Auction items are routinely shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending
upon the size, weight, and value of
the item being shipped. We reserve the right to choose the method of
shipment that makes the most sense to us for the item being shipped. If
the buyer wishes to have the auction item shipped by a specific means,
there may be additional shipping charges beyond and shown fixed
shipping charges in the auction.
LEGALITY
OF FIREARMS AND OTHER ITEMS:
Thorough research regarding the legality of any firearm or
firearm-related item, ammunition, etc. up for auction (in the buyer’s
state and city of residence) is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Any costs incurred as a result of inadequate or unfulfilled research on
the behalf of the buyer will be at the sole cost of the buyer. Check
with your local licensed firearms dealer or other regulatory agency
before you place your bids!
PRODUCT
WARRANTIES:
Used products do not carry any type of product warranty. On new
products, warranty is with the original manufacturer. Please be sure to
complete any supplied factory warranty cards and return them to the
original manufacturer to validate your warranty.
ALL
SALES ARE FINAL:
Unless an auction states otherwise within the item description, all
sales are final and no returns are accepted as a general policy.
