I SHIP TO CALIFORNIA. In this auction we have a used winchester model 67 single shot rimfire rifle in 22 short, long or long rifle caliber. The blueing has one very little spot of suface rust on the top of the barrel. Also on the right top side of the barrel the blueing has flaked off. The stock has some dings but overall is in good condition. I think at one time somebody put some type of clear finish on the stock. I think the varnish is original, just the clear coat finish isn't. The overall length of the rifle is 43 inches. The measurement from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate is 13 3/4 inches. The barrel length is 27 inches. It does not look like either the barrel or buttstock have been shortened but check the measurements i gave. On the left side of the barrel this is stamped: MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN.-WINCHESTER- MODEL 67- -U.S. OF AMERICA- -TRADE MARK- 22 S. L. OR L.R. In this auction you get the rifle only, sorry no box, papers, or manual. If you have a firearm you would like to trade, let me know, maybe we can work something out. If anybody would like to see more pics, just email me & i'll send you pics of every inch of this rifle. Please ask all questions before bidding and i'll try to give you my best answer. Please do not bid on this item if you cannot have it. It is your responsibility to know whether the state you live in will let you own this or not. This item is for sale in my store so a person could do a local pickup as long as they can pass a back round check. I am a licensed FFL dealer and will be sending a copy of my FFL with the gun and i will need the buyer to send me a signed copy of their FFL in order for me to ship. I ship long guns via FedEx & handguns via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Insured and the buyer is to pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs should be around $20.00-$30.00, but i'll get the exact shipping amount for the buyer at the end of the auction. IF YOUR DEALER WON'T ACCEPT A DELIVERY FROM FEDEX, LET ME KNOW BEFORE I FIGURE OUT THE SHIPPING AMOUNT BECAUSE THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE MORE. Their will be a three day no firing, no taking apart return period on this gun as long as the gun is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If buyer is returning the gun they are to pay the return shipping costs too. If buyer is from WI i'll need to collect sales tax. I accept credit cards, money orders & personal checks. The auction price reflects a 3% discount and what i mean by this is the price is for money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. If you use a credit card to pay, add 3% to the price. If paying by personal check, i will not ship untill 10-12 days have passed after i cash the check. Payment is to be received with in 12 days of the auctions end or negative feedback will be left and item will be relisted. Sorry i have to put this extra in my auctions but because of some recent experiences with bad gunbroker users i'm forced to. If you place a bid, then think you can email me and tell me your not going to pay and that there wont be any reprocussions on gunbroker from that, think again. The process of putting a non paying bidder on your account will be started. If you have any questions about my auctions, ask and keep asking till your 100% satisfied, but if all you want to do is tell me my items are junk or my prices are high compared to some so called store by you or just talk tough behind a computer, please don't waste my time and yours.
