I SHIP TO CALIFORNIA. This rifle is being relisted because of a non paying bidder. In this auction we have a used savage model 93R17 rimfire rifle in 17 hmr caliber. This rifle has the bull barrel, but does NOT have the accu trigger. The blueing is in very good condition except for one scratch on the bottom of the barrel behind the muzzle and one very very small scratch on the left side of the barrel in front of the stock. There are a couple dings on the left side of the stock above the trigger guard and one on the bottom of the stock in front of the rear sling swivel stud. Otherwise the stock is in very good condition. The only thing is on the right side of the stock. If you look at the pictures there are some spots in the wood, they are NOT dings. When running your fingers along them you can't feel any difference in the wood from where they are and where they aren't. It is something in the wood and they are purely cosmetic. This rifle is in very good condition. The overall length of the rifle is 39 3/4 inches long. The measurement from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad is 13 1/2 inches. The length of the barrel is 21 inches and the inside is in very good condition. It dosen't look like either the barrel or stock has been cut down but check my measurement i gave to make sure. On the left side of the barrel this is stamped: -SAVAGE MODEL 93R17 CAL. 17 H.M.R. ONLY- MFG. BY SAVAGE ARMS, (CANADA) INC. LAKEFIELD, ONT. CANADA -IMPORTED BY SAVAGE ARMS INC. WESTFIELD, MA. U.S.A. 01085-. On the right side of the barrel this is stamped: WARNING: BEFORE USING, READ OWNERS MANUAL AVAILABLE FROM SAVAGE ARMS, INC. WESTFIELS, MA. 01085 U.S.A. In this auction you get the rifle, one magazine and scope mounts that are attached to the rifle, sorry no box, papers or manual. If you have a firearm you would like to trade, let me know, maybe we can work something out. If anybody would like to see more pics, just email me & i'll send you pics of every inch of this rifle. Please ask all questions before bidding and i'll try to give you my best answer. Please do not bid on this item if you cannot have it. It is your responsibility to know whether the state you live in will let you own this or not. This item is for sale in my store so a person could do a local pickup as long as they can pass a back round check. I am a licensed FFL dealer and will be sending a copy of my FFL with the gun and i will need the buyer to send me a signed copy of their FFL in order for me to ship. I ship long guns via FedEx & handguns via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Insured and the buyer is to pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs should be around $20.00-$30.00, but i'll get the exact shipping amount for the buyer at the end of the auction. IF YOUR DEALER WON'T ACCEPT A DELIVERY FROM FEDEX, LET ME KNOW BEFORE I FIGURE OUT THE SHIPPING AMOUNT BECAUSE THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE MORE. Their will be a three day no firing, no taking apart return period on this gun as long as the gun is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If buyer is returning the gun they are to pay the return shipping costs too. If buyer is from WI i'll need to collect sales tax. I accept credit cards, money orders & personal checks. The auction price reflects a 3% discount and what i mean by this is the price is for money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. If you use a credit card to pay, add 3% to the price. If paying with american express ad 3.5% to the total. If paying by personal check, i will not ship untill 10-12 days have passed after i cash the check. Payment is to be received with in 12 days of the auctions end or negative feedback will be left and item will be relisted. Sorry i have to put this extra in my auctions but because of some recent experiences with bad gunbroker users i'm forced to. If you place a bid, then think you can email me and tell me your not going to pay and that there wont be any reprocussions on gunbroker from that, think again. The process of putting a non paying bidder on your account will be started. If you have any questions about my auctions, ask and keep asking till your 100% satisfied, but if all you want to do is tell me my items are junk or my prices are high compared to some so called store by you or just talk tough behind a computer, please don't waste my time and yours.
