shipping arrangements.

The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension from GunBroker.com.

If a Buyer wishes to fire or use any firearm purchased from us for any purpose other than display, the Buyer must have that firearm and all its features related to shooting and safe handling inspected and certified for safe shoot ability or other specific use desired by a FEDERALLY LICENSED GUNSMITH of their choosing. Such certification shall be between the BUYER and that FEDERALLY LICENSED GUNSMITH.
A signed copy of an FFL license is required for shipping to the address on the license. The FFL license must be signed and sent by mail, faxed, or e-mailed to us at: red_bear@juno.com.

PAYMENT:
We will hold items five (5) business days for the payment confirmation of the purchased item and its shipping cost, license receipt and any other documentation required to complete the transaction. We prefer bank checks, postal money orders, VISA or Mastercard. Credit cards add 3% to total cost. Personal checks are deposited for 10 business days before the item is shipped. Colorado purchases are subject to 7.4% sales tax if no resale certificate is presented. Please make checks/money orders out to: Red Bear Gun Brokers.
SHIPPING:
We normally ship handguns and long guns via the USPS and FedEx. Hand guns are normally sent by USPS Priority Rate, Insured, with Delivery Confirmation. Long guns can be shipped FedEx Ground or USPS Priority / Insured. The shipping cost will be ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS to your location. Most hand guns run about $20.00 and most long guns run between $25.00 and $45.00 depending on weight and method of shipping you choose. Small items (receivers, parts, etc) are shipped Priority or Parcel and typically range from $5.00 to $10.00.
