Description for Item # 331943095

Up for auction is a Winchester 1917 chambered in 30-06. This rifle has been sporterized, but is still in the original chambering of 30-06. The 1917 was produced by Remington, Eddystone, and Winchester to supply US, British, and French forces during WWI. The original design was chambered in 303 British, but for American forces was changed to work with 30 US (30-06). The bore is clean, and overall the rifle is at 60% condition (due to it being sporterized). Shipping is $25.00 to continental US and $40.00 to California.
