The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. Description for Item # 332176806

Very good condition Swede Model 1894/14 Mauser carbine in 6.5 X 55 that was built by Carl Gustafs in 1907. This early gun has all matching serial numbers and is NOT import marked. Metal finish is mixed brown and gray. Bore is good with strong rifling and a little gray. Stock has all original finish and shows a few normal handling marks. Complete with original ammo data plate that is installed in the right side buttstock, as well as the correct leather tab buckle for attaching the sling, also in the right side buttstock. Also complete with original brass marking disc in the right side buttstock that is stamped “A6 No 198” for the 6th Artillery Regiment, weapon number 198. Gun is complete with original leather sling that is soft and supple and appropriately installed using the buttstock buckle tab. Gun also comes with correct original bayonet that rates very good condition. Bayonet is marked on the blade with a couple of small Swede crown proofs. Full length blade has very nice original bright metal finish and factory sharp edge. Remaining metal finish is mostly brown. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit. Lock button functions fine, bayonet snaps right on the gun. Fitted in correct original all steel scabbard that has original blue-gray metal finish and no dents. Overall a good example of a Swede Mauser carbine with all matching numbers, original accessories, and unit marked. Will make a fine addition to your collection.
