The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The Seller should tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The Buyer must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the Buyer (or the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer (FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer(s).

Bought for myself as FFL January 2012 and think it was the last one this wholesaler had at that time, papers say it was made December 2011. I sometimes buy, try and later sell.. I did mount a scope on the reciever grooves which if you look close you can tell.. hard not to leave a mark on the grooves on these but not bad. I have only put an honest 40-50 rounds down range with it and it will keep a nice tight group at 50 & 100 yards.. didn't try beyound. Henry makes really nice levers and this is the H001TV .17 HMR version which have been tough to find of late and this one is near as perfect as factory!! Nice wood and finish with the attractive octagon barrel a plus.. condition at least 98%.. Near perfect box and all papers included...Shipping cost is on the buyer from my zip to your FFL's zip via USPS Priority Insured mail. Please confirm shipping total which will be added to auction price prior to or after final bid. I require a ship to FFL and send a copy of my FFL with shipment.
