This beautiful hunting area is nestled in the foothills of the Great Winterberg Mountains, comprised of 80,000 acres with few high fences. Mankazana Safaris offers the finest free range hunting for Eastern Cape greater kudu and bushbuck to be found anyplace. Over thirty (30) total species are offered to the discriminating hunter. Our motto is, “Come prepared to walk and stalk the game.” Shooting from vehicles is strictly forbidden, but in our game rich country anyone who can walk a mile can have a successful hunt.
You are bidding on the following: Ten (10) full days of hunting for one hunter, 1x1, and one observer. Plus your choice of three (3) of these five (5) trophy animals: impala, blesbuck, common springbuck, gray duiker, warthog. Additional animals may be added at current trophy fees, if quota is available. The observer may be upgraded to a 1x1 hunter for an additional $220 per day plus trophy fees for animals taken. The outfitter will typically allow an observer to take up to two animals for trophy fees only.
This package DOES include: Services of a licensed professional hunter, hunting vehicle and support team. Pick-up and drop-off at Port Elizabeth airport. Accommodations, meals, soft drinks, liquor, local beer and wines in reasonable quantities. Daily laundry service. Field preparation of trophies and delivery of trophies to a local taxidermist or shipping agent. Trophy fees for the included animals. Value added tax.
This package DOES NOT include: Any air travel, pre and post safari accommodations and meals. Trophy fees for additional animals taken or animals wounded and lost. Hire of rifles and ammunition, gratuities to professional hunter and staff. The preparation, packing, documentation and export of trophies from South Africa, in country taxidermy and all items of a personal nature.
