Description for Item # 332464175

This museum quality English pattern gun and display box, of which there are only three available, is fully machined using Naval brass (Tobin Bronze) bar stock. The hand oil rubbed display box is fine 'sepele' hardwood which is similar to yet stronger than mahogany. The handles, ramrod/ladle holder and firing block are Ipe hardwood which was once the old Coney Island boardwalk. The solid brass ramrod/ladle accouterment is included.

A blank report fired from this swivel gun is about the same as a 20 Ga. shotgun blast in power however it is a more 'cannon like' report because of the black powder's burn rate.
