Description for Item # 332485845

Spectacular condition J. Stevens Arms Co. Model 10 single shot target 22 manufactured in 1919. About 7000 of these pistols were produced between 1919 and 1933. This one is serial number 5 (five) (stamped in two locations on gun and scribed on back of one grip panel - see photos). Blue finish is intact over 95% and is only worn off at the front and back of grip frame. Grip panels are crumbling around screw holes. They look good from the front but need some work to stabilize the backs. We will wrap these separately for shipping. Bore and chamber are excellent. Pistol seems to function as it should, including cocking plunger, barrel latch, and extractor. Overall, remarkable condition for its age. This gun may be purchased with a C&R. Please see section below.
