Hi we have here and nice example of a J.Stevens Model 10/Number 10 Target Pistol single shot .22 caliber. The land and grooves are sharp and has a very clean bore. Has front sight adjustable blade and adjustable rear sight. This break top pistol ejects great and shoots great. As you can see in the picture below it's in very good condition. What I can find out these were built from 1919 thru 1934 and only 7000 were produced. The serial number on this one starts 24XX. So maybe this would indicate what year it was produced. Email me with questions. Sales only to CONUS sold as is, from a C&R to C&R or 01FFL. Shipping flat rate $15.00 INSURED. Personal checks held until they clear,USPS or MoneyGram Money orders ships next business with enclosed FFL or C&R. {Trades Accepted/AND reasonible OFFERS accepted.} {LAYAWAY AVAILABLE 1/3 DOWN 90 DAY PAY OFF.} This pistol has been professionally restored by a 47 year veteran professional gunsmith locally here in Cedartown,GA. In his 47 year career he has only seen one other J.Stevens #10/MDL 10 in 1972 and he wasn't able to save it from the years of rust. And this one here was restored in 2010 is his second one of it's kind at his shop. This is how much I appreciate my local gunsmith, and hats off to him and his years of professional service.}{The reason for it being restored, the finish wasn't worn, but over the years it had faded off,but had never seen any rust, period. This J.Stevens MDL 10 was passed down to me, and always kept in a indoor enviroment. As for it's condition before the restore, the barrel, bore, frame is like new. Since the restore process and is perfect now. In other words this J.Stevens was never carried, all sharp edges no issues at all. You will not find another {RESTORED} J.Stevens at 100% as this one.{Please ask questions, as I'll do my best to answer them on this renewed/restored piece of American history. Thanks for stopping by, Bart/bartscustoms
