Description for Item # 332829823

French double barrel pistol
caliber circa .45 percussion,
over- and under deep rifled screw-in barrels,
2" barrels with brownish finish in Damascus pattern,
cocking one hammer will release the related folding trigger,
the system is kept in the white, typical for the 1850 - 1860's period.
channeled grips as often found on dueling pistols,
iron butt cap.
Very tight, perfect working pistol in excellent condition
Like all my lots never a reserve!
