I am selling one of my residential lots in Meadview, AZ. Meadview is located RIGHT on the edge of the Grand Canyon and is 15 minutes from the boat launch ramp of Lake Mead. It is approx. a 1hr and 45min drive from Las Vegas. My parents live in Meadview, and I personally own several pieces there for myself, fly the helicopter in and land right on my parcel. Lots of land to roam, ride ATVs/motorcycles, lakes to boat on, gold prospecting, fly ultralights, shoot guns, hike, and so much more.
The area has an incredible amount of off-road ATV/Motorcycle trails, lots of republican retirees and boat enthusiasts. Wide open spaces, and absolutely AMAZING views of the grand canyon cliffs to the east. Plenty of room to build workshops, etc,
This lot is 1.02 acres located at 28284 N. Sandview Dr. (lot 180 on the map, Mohave parcel #343-19-180) which is a graded (unpaved) road, in Mohave county. There are neighbors in the area but not too close. This is a flat lot with power right next to it. It is a water haul area, but a well can be drilled on the property, plenty of aquifer water available. My own place is only a few blocks away. This place is great for a recreational vacation get-a-way, a "bug out" place, or retirement.

1. The lot is ON a county maintained (dirt) road with direct access ON the road. No easements are necessary.
2. Future building is serviced by septic systems.
3. The land is guaranteed to have free and clear title. Escrow and closing fees are BUYERS responsibility. Will close through Pioneer Title and Escrow company in Kingman, AZ. Here on the west coast we are "title and escrow" states where attorneys are not used to close transactions like back east.
4. The lot of VERY buildable - it is in a rural "developed" area.
5. The pictures in this listing are NOT of the lot, it is of the area. I suggest you google map the address in the description above. If you e-mail, I can send you a copy of the parcel map as well. The lot number (in the description above) can also be looked up on the Mohave County assessors site. I'm happy to talk via phone and describe the area, view, etc. |
