Remington Elliot Derringer 41 caliber 1st Variation made in 1870-71, serial #875. I am selling this gun on consignment from a estate/collection. Very rare first generation over & under derringer. This gun is in superb condition. Having said that at some point in time it has been polished and reblued. Mechanically it is perfect. Barrels lock up tight. Action is smooth and functions excactly as it should. Both the barrel hinge and lock lever are in perfect working order. The bore is fair to good. Even with this guns restoration to find a first year production Remington Elliot derringer in this kind of condition makes this a very rare find! Colorado buyers pay state sales tax. Shipping will be USPS fully insured priority mail at a flat fee of $35.00. Payment should be by Postal Money Order, Cashiers/certified bank check or Discover, Visa or Master Card. Add 3% for credit card purchases. All other forms of payment will be held for 8 to 10 bussiness days. Three day inspection period. Gun must be returned unfired in exactly the same condition as it was shipped. Buyer pays all shipping cost. I do not send back partial refunds under any circumstances. Email me with any questions.
