Condition and Description:

For Auction: A Police Positive (first edition) in good condition, the bore is clean. The bluing is about 60%. The Colt Police Positive was an improvement of Colt’s earlier “New Police” revolver, upgraded with an internal hammer block safety.

Our shop is closed from March, Saturday 9th to to March, Thursday 21st 2013. We can not answer emails or process GunBroker auctions at this time.

Payment and Shipping

Payment:	We accept all major credit cards, with a 3% handling fee on the final price. Payment must be made within 5 business days after auction Certified checks or money orders and personal checks from repeat customers. We do not accept payments from Pay pal™. Please contact us for layaways or payments by installment.

Shipping:

All Handguns will be shipped priority mail USPS for a flat fee of $ 25.-
All rifles will be shipped with FedEx ground 3-5 business days for a flat fee of $ 25.-.
above shipping costs are inside continental US and for prices up to $ 600.-
for items of value between $ 600 - $ 5,000 we have to add $1.- per $ 100.- for higher insurance
contact us for shipping quote for items with value over $ 5,000.-
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be more, please ask for quote by e-mail before bidding if you reside in AK or HI.
No international shipments including U.S. Territories.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment and FFL info.
Firearms are only shipped to FFL Holders

Sales Tax

We accept returns within a three-day inspection period. In case of a return the original sales price will be refunded. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We lay-away sales items for up to 60 days with a down payment of 20% or at least $ 100.00 (higher value applies). If the payment of the entire sales price has not been completed within 60 days, the down payment for lay-away will not be refunded.
