The Seller should contact each winning bidder (the Buyer) with information on the total
cost of the purchase including shipping and sales tax if applicable. The
Seller should
tell the Buyer where to send payment and what payment methods are acceptable. The
Buyer
must send payment directly to the Seller. If the item is a modern firearm, the
Buyer (or
the Buyer's firearms transfer dealer) must send a signed FFL copy to the
Seller. The Buyer should provide the FFL information to the Seller
within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to provide proper FFL
information in time may result in the Buyer receiving negative feedback
and/or a Non-Paying Bidder
warning, either of which can lead to suspension, and the Buyer will lose
their rights as the winning bidder. Once payment is
received the seller will ship the item to the buyer, or to the Buyer's transfer dealer
(FFL) in the case of modern firearms. This auction is a binding contract between the
Seller and the Buyer(s).
If the Seller is unable to contact a Buyer within five (5) calendar days of the
end of the auction, the Buyer forfeits his/her rights as a winning bidder. A
Buyer who fails to complete a transaction may receive negative feedback

For sale is a: Winchester 94 Carbine chambered in .30-.30. Overall it is in pretty good condition. The bluing has some freckling along with some nicks and rub marks. The Wood is in pretty good condition overall beyond some wear marks on the stock and forearm. There is a pretty noticeable chip under the forearm, which can be seen in the pics. The bore is in great shape. It comes with a Bushnell 3-9 scope with a weaver rings. Overall a nice gun.

We will not complete the transaction if the firearm you bid on is not legal in your state. We will not ship high capacity magazines to states that restrict their use. We will not modify a firearm to meet your
states requirements. If you win the auction & later find it to not be legal in your state, you are responsible for our auction fees as well as a 15% re-stocking fee.
We don't accept trades for firearms... unless you are local and have something totally unique, rare and highly desireable.
We accept major Credit Cards with NO FEES! We also accept USPS Money Orders and MAJOR bank Cashier’s Checks. We require a signed type 1 FFL copy on every firearm less than 50 years old.
C&Rs (older than 50 years) require a signed copy of the type 3 C&R license.
We ship via FedEx insured. Shipping for MOST firearms is $35.00 - shipped via FedEx. E-mail us with your zip code for rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Hand guns are shipped via FedEx Express 2 Day Air.
Long guns will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Heavy, heavily cased and/or expensive firearms will be shipped fully insured "at cost". We use only FedEx, please don't ask us to use a different carrier.
As the firearm listed may be listed on other auction sites and/or available for sale in our retail store, ALL LISTINGS are SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE... When possible, on an item with no bids, please
contact us about status prior to bidding, especially on one of a kind items. All used guns have a 7 day return policy (no firing, or modifications allowed). New guns have a 14 day return (unfired/modified)
policy. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned guns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
