- Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.
- ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT. We do our best to ship your items out as quickly as possible.
- 10% charge on ALL cancelled orders, or a non-paying bidder report will be filed with Gunbroker.
- Before bidding, the buyer is responsible for checking local laws to see if this item is legal.

The price of this auction reflects a 3% cash discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3% to the final bid amount for credit card purchases.

Shipping Information
- Some accessories we sell are not legal in every state. Check your local laws before bidding. We can ship accessories, barrels, and black powder guns to your residential location, if they are legal in your area.
- Unless otherwise noted above, accessories are shipped for $9.00, and optics $12.00, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
- No in-store pickups. All items shipped directly from our warehouse.
- AK and HI must email for rate quote.
- All returns must be authorized (RA# given) by us, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- All returns must be returned with our shipping label or will NOT be accepted. No exceptions.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- We offer optional shipping insurance at a rate of $1 per $100 of the item value; e.g. a $400 item would insure for $4.00.
- We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in shipping, if item is not insured.
- Returns must be received within 10 business days from date of delivery confirmation.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All items are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. Unless noted otherwise, the items we sell are BRAND NEW IN BOX and HAVE FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES. We will work with each customer to ensure they are able to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty, but we do not warranty the items ourselves.
